Organic in the breakfast buffet and room
In the Hotel Capo San Vito breakfast buffet - as in all the other hotels of Geocharme Luxury Collection - you can taste the organic products of our Sicilian farm called Canalotto Farm.
This organic farm of Geocharme is located in south-western Sicily, a few kilometres from the Selinunte National Park and, with the organic farming method, produces tropical fruits, Nocellara extra virgin olive oil, jams and preserves, nectars of various flavours, honey, olives and citrus fruits.
These organic products, zero kilometres and without the use of chemicals, arrive directly from the organic farm to the breakfast buffet, but also at lunch and in the hotel rooms.
Also for the aperitif and in the room, in fact, fruit nectars are offered, but also olives in brine and olive paté, all organic. These are nectars rich in tropical fruit and citrus fruits. The olives, specifically, are Nocellara del Belice, large and juicy, ideal to accompany a glass of wine or a cocktail. Finally, the paté is the union of these olives with our precious oil, to be spread, in the room, on croutons.
